Collapsible Frame
Fold the frame of the Draganflyer X6 for easy transport or storage. The entire helicopter and support equipment are transported in a case small enough for travel on commercial airlines or in an optional military grade back packable soft pack.
Strong and Light
The Draganflyer X6 helicopter's frame uses rolled carbon fiber tubes custom built to our specifications. The arms are assembled using custom molded parts to make a strong, stable, durable, and light frame.
Glass Filled Injected Nylon Components
A hinge & clip assembly made from strong glass filled injection moulded nylon connects the three carbon fiber arms together at the center. Each of the three carbon fiber arms is attached to a motor mount with a sturdy pod mount. Glass filled injection moulded nylon is also used to make the motor mounts that plug into the top and bottoms of each motor pod.
Removable Landing Gear
The lightweight carbon fiber landing gear is made to be easily removable for storage. Designed to be strong and resist fracturing from hard landings.
