Regina Police Department Uses Draganflyer X6 RC Helicopter UAV In Accident Reconstruction
June 10, 2011 – Regina Police Services were called to a collision involving a motorcycle and a car on Victoria Ave near Ring Road.
Police accident reconstructionists used the Draganflyer X6 UAV helicopter to get aerial pictures and video of the accident scene. One person involved in the collision was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Regina police officers used the Draganflyer X6 to collect information for their investigation, ensuring that details of the accident were retained in perfect condition for their investigation.
