Cleared for LaunchThis is a robust catipult designed to get the aircraft in the air quickly and safely. We've done the research and a common complaint with hand launched systems is the inconsistency of the launch. If you have a good launch there's no problem but a bad launch can destroy the aircraft and defeat the purposeo of the mission.
The Draganfly catipult is designed to get the aircraft launched safely the first time, with minimal risk to the aircraft, the crew and the mission.
Quiet and EfficientThe nacelle design improves efficiency, reduces noise, and provide an extra layer of safety to keep the crew safe.
The aircraft itself provides an interesting signature against the sky, but the steerable nacelle plays a critcal role to provide thrust and serves as a rudder to help keep the aircraft "on-the-grid" in cross wind conditions.
Modular PayloadsPowerful payloads, digital video downlink, excellent wireless range and the ability to quickly change from one payload subsystem to the next. The ease of wapping payloads helps to insure the right payload is used for the right mission.
The payloads are complete subsystems that are designed to mate with the airframe. No wires, no calibration required, no CG to alter. Simply snap the payload into place, configure the mission in the flight planning software and fly the mission. It's that simple.
