Shipping Policy

We, at Draganfly Innovations Inc., will determine which carrier is the most efficient for your shipping destination unless otherwise requested at the time of purchase. Orders with shipping destinations within Canada and the continental USA will be shipped via ground courier service (approximately 3 - 7 business days) or by express courier service (approximately 1 - 2 business days) based on your preference. Orders with international shipping destinations (including Alaska and Hawaii) will be shipped via express courier service (approximately 4-9 business days). Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you showing the tracking number and which courier was used. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to become active because we assign the tracking number before the package is picked up by the courier.

Do I have to pay customs fees, brokerage, import duties, or taxes?

U.S. Customers do not pay any extra fees due to the North American Free Trade Agreement. Canadian customers must pay 5% GST (Saskatchewan customers must pay 5% GST and 5% PST). International customers are responsible for paying ALL customs fees, brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes upon receipt of your order. Please check with your local customs office to determine these fees if applicable.

How long will my order take to reach me?

The lead time for your order depends on what is included and what we need to build. Our products are built on demand and lead times vary from item to item. Please contact our sales department for current production times.

If clarification or additional verification is required we will contact you. If we are unable to reach you this will cause a delay in shipping. We will not refund any shipping charges due to this type of delay.

Where are you able to ship to?

We can ship to almost any location in the world. The countries we can not ship to are: Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Burundi, Chechnya, Congo, Cote D'Ivoire, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guinea, Haiti, North Korea, Kyrgystan, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Yugoslavia, and Zimbabwe. Regarding orders valued greater than $2,000.00 and shipping to the USA

United States Border Services requires that all items shipping from Canada to the United States that are valued greater than $2,000.00 USD must show the TAX ID or Social Security Number for the Importer of Record. This is mandatory and must be on the Commercial Invoice and the Worldwide Services Waybill.

In addition to supplying your TAX ID or SSN, United States Border Services may require Form 5106 to be filled out prior to your shipment being cleared through customs. We can not complete this form on your behalf due to the confidential nature of its contents. United States Border Services will contact you directly for this information.

When shipping to US businesses, the business TAX ID is required; when shipping to individuals, the SSN is required. For additional information regarding new procedures that were in effect as of October 1st, 2004, please visit the U.S. Border Services Agency Web site www.customs.gov. You may also download the Official Customs Directive.
